Tue: Top Buys AMAT RMBS GENZ IP CBJ SIL AMCC Top Sells SPX OEX TLT

AMAT may bounce to at least 16.25 short-term. RMBS has the potential to bounce over five points on a positive court ruling. GENZ created a bullish engulfing today, and continued the breakout. IP CBJ SIL and AMCC are relatively undervalued stocks. SPX and OEX may pullback short-term. TLT may pullback below 88 longer-term (also see recent top stock picks).
