May 3rd Stock Portfolio (fifth update):

I sold 5,000 shares of IMGN at $28,750 [5.75], sold 10,000 shares of SQNM at $9,000 [0.90], bought to cover 1,000 shares of UTH at $106,000 [106.00], sold 10,000 shares of SWC at $68,200 [6.82], and sold 5,000 shares of CEGE at $26,900 [5.38].

My portfolio is at $605,000 including over $420,000 in cash.

Long Shares

XOMA 20,000
SQNM 20,000
HL 20,000
CDE 10,000
PMU 40,000

Short Shares

None

Portfolio at $500,000 on Oct 15th, 2003
