Tue: Top Buys TEVA XOMA SQNM SWC CDE HL SIL Top Sells OEX TLT UTH

TEVA may rally into and bounce on earnings. XOMA and SQNM look bullish short-term. SWC may be an excellent daytrading stock, i.e. a buy below 6.60 (retest of today's low). CDE HL and SIL are silver stocks. CDE may be a buy at 3, HL a buy at 4.50, and SIL a buy on a small dip (it closed at the low today). OEX may pullback several points. TLT and UTH are overvalued.
