Thu: Top Buys PPH IP BIIB GG ABX PMU PD XOMA SQNM Top Sells TLT

PPH is a long-term hold. IP created a bullish engulfing today. BIIB, the world's third largest biotech (DNA is currently the largest with AMGN second) is relatively undervalued. GG ABX and PMU are undervalued gold stocks (GG fell sharply today, most likely on NEM's poor earnings report). PD is risky, although volatile, and may be a buy below 84 for a short-term trade. XOMA and SQNM have big upside potentials. TLT is overvalued.
