Wed: Top Buys PPH IP AMGN PMU XOMA SQNM Top Sells OIH TLT

PPH may rally six or seven points to over 80 sometime this year. IP and AMGN are relatively undervalued. PMU held up well recently. XOMA and SQNM have big upside potentials. OIH and TLT are overpriced.
