Tue: Top Buys OEX DIA CBJ PMU SIL SQNM XOMA Top Sells TLT

OEX and DIA calls may be buys on dips (when Nasdaq falls near 1,900). CBJ PMU and SIL are relatively undervalued metal stocks. SQNM and XOMA can rally big. TLT is a long-term short (which may fall after the FOMC announcement May 3rd).
