Mon: Top Buys SMH INTC TXN PMCS PD CBJ PMU SQNM XOMA Top Sells TLT

Currently, there are many severely short-term oversold stocks. I've isolated a few that are buys for short-term trades. TXN reports earnings Mon after the close, and INTC reports earnings Tue after the close. Semiconductors, in general, are relatively more oversold compared to Nasdaq, in general. So, SMH INTC TXN and PMCS may be buys (PMCS may lag). PD CBJ and PMU are relatively undervalued metal stocks. SQNM and XOMA (small biotechs) have the potential to rally big. TLT (long-term bond ETF) is a long-term short.
