Thu: Top Buys SMH INTC AMGN CBJ HL XOMA SQNM Top Sells OEX UTH

OEX puts may hedge SMH and INTC calls. AMGN held-up well recently, and it's a long-term hold. CBJ may become more volatile, and perhaps trade between 1.90 and 2.10. HL is a long-term buy. XOMA and SQNM are "home-run" stocks that can rally huge. UTH is overvalued.
