Wed: Top Buys SMH INTC CBJ HL XOMA SQNM Top Sells OEX UTH

OEX May puts may hedge SMH and INTC May or later calls. CBJ may be in a trading range, after a steep sell-off, perhaps between 1.80 and 2.10. HL pulled-back today, and may be an excellent long-term hold. XOMA and SQNM have the potential to rally big. UTH is overbought, since the UTY (Utility Index) to VIX ratio hit an all-time high today.
