Fri: Top Buys INTC HMY HL PMU AMGN SQNM XOMA KG Top Sells OEX OIH

INTC created a bullish engulfing today and may be a short-term and long-term buy on a small pullback. HMY HL and PMU are relatively undervalued metal stocks that are beaten down on the recent stronger dollar. AMGN is a long-term hold. SQNM and XOMA have the potential to bounce big. KG is oversold. OEX puts and OIH puts may hedge each other, and gains may eventually be made on both at current prices (also see recent top stock picks).
