Tue: Top Buys OEX DIA KG CBJ HL GG SQNM EMRG FMDAY Top Sells UTH

OEX and DIA may be buys on dips. KG is severely oversold and may bounce one or two points short-term. CBJ HL and GG are relatively undervalued metal stocks. SQNM EMRG and FMDAY have the potential to rally big (although many small caps continue to stay beaten down). UTH may be a long-term short.
