Thu: Top Buys OEX DIA HNZ X CBJ HL PAL PTIE LJPC EMRG Top Sells UNH

OEX and DIA may be buys on pullbacks, since the market may rise higher short-term. HNZ and X are long-term buys. CBJ HL and PAL are relatively undervalued metal stocks. Many small caps have pulled-back sharply, and PTIE LJPC and EMRG may bounce short-term. UNH is a long-term short.
