Tue: Top Buys SPX OEX QQQQ INTC IP SQNM EMRG VICR Top Sells None

The stock market is severely oversold. So, SPX OEX QQQQ and INTC may be buys. IP is a long-term hold. SQNM has huge upside potential. EMRG and VICR are two small caps that may bounce big short-term.
