Small cap biotechs, e.g. SQNM XOMA and CEGE, led the market lower and held up well recently. So, they may lead the market higher, after steep sell-offs. OSIP, a larger biotech, may bounce two points short-term (two recent top picks LLY and AMZN may now be long-term holds rather than short-term trades).
