Wed: Top Buys OEX AMGN KO PMCS SQNM XOMA EMRG VICR Top Sells None

OEX is still near severely oversold. AMGN and KO are long-term holds. PMCS may bounce over $0.30 to over $9.10 short-term. SQNM XOMA EMRG and VICR are small caps that had steep sell-offs, held up well recently, and have the potential to bounce big.
