Tue: Top Buys SMH INTC PMCS STJ IMGN LJPC FMDAY Top Sells UTH UNH

Semiconductor stocks, e.g. SMH INTC and PMCS, look bullish and may lead Nasdaq higher. STJ created a doji and it's relatively undervalued. IMGN created a bullish engulfing and may rise much higher. LJPC has the potential to bounce big. FMDAY has generally held $0.50 after a steep sell-off. UTH and UNH should eventually sell-off.
