Mon: Top Buys SQNM XOMA IMGN AMGN CEGE ALAN ELN DROOY Top Sells OIH

SQNM XOMA and IMGN are still the best small cap biotech stocks to buy (many small biotechs are beaten down). AMGN is a long-term hold (which may be better than BBH). CEGE is beaten down and has the potential to rally big. ALAN may be an excellent short-term buy at $0.75. ELN is risky, but it's currently severely oversold. DROOY may have much more upside than downside. OIH is volatile and may fall to 95 sometime next week.
