I bought 4,000 shares of IMGN at $22,920 [5.73].

My portfolio is about $555,000 including about $440,000 in cash.

Long Shares

INCY 1,000
CEGE 3,000
IMGN 4,000
CIEN 10,000
SQNM 20,000
EMRG 5,000
FMDAY 10,000
PNAMF 30,000

Short Shares

None

Portfolio at $500,000 on Oct 15th, 2003
