The OIH weekly charts show the RSI and Oscillator (ULT) together reached weekly overbought levels (i.e. over 70) only once before (see arrows). Consequently, OIH may test its 20 week MA in Mar or Apr. Also, OIH is near its all-time high, which is major resistance, and there may be a period of volatility near the high.
