Tue: Top Buys QQQQ INTC HMY PMU PNAMF HL Top Sells OEX TLT

QQQQ and INTC long-term calls and OEX short-term puts may be used to hedge and may eventually make gains on both calls and puts. HMY PMU PNAMF and HL are beaten down gold and silver stocks that are excellent long-term holds, since gold and silver are in structural bull markets. TLT hasn't been volatile recently and there may be an opportunity to make big gains with Feb puts.
