Fri: Top Buys PPH ASTM VICR SQNM HMY Top Sells OEX TLT OIH

PPH may be an excellent long-term buy at its current price. ASTM VICR and SQNM have the potential to rally big, in case the market continues to rally, and they can rally independently of the market. HMY is a relatively undervalued gold stock. OEX and OIH are volatile. TLT may eventually pullback.
