Tue: Top Buys IP GP PPH DROOY PNAMF Top Sells OEX TLT OIH

IP and GP report earnings this week and may bounce. PPH has been beaten down recently and may be an excellent long-term buy. Gold stocks fell sharply recently, and DROOY and PNAMF may be excellent longer-term buys. OEX puts may hedge TLT and OIH puts, since all three are relatively too high. OIH fell near 86 after the open and then closed at about 89 (also, see recent top stock picks).
