Thu: Top Buys INTC RMBS SNDK INCY CEGE Top Sells OEX TLT OIH

INTC is relatively undervalued compared to OEX. So, INTC calls and OEX puts may be buys. RMBS has the potential to bounce big on court rulings (which are pending). SNDK reports earnings after the close and pulled-back this week on downgrades. INCY and CEGE are long-term holds and have the potential to rally big. TLT reflects low bond yields, which may rise soon. OIH puts at over 88 may be buys.
