Wed: Top Buys BBH DNA VICR INCY CEGE HL Top Sells TLT OIH

BBH and DNA may have pulled-back enough to bounce big and may be excellent long term holds at current prices. VICR held up well and has the potential to rally several points. INCY and CEGE may bounce big sometime in 2005. HL is a volatile silver stock that pulled-back recently. TLT may fall sharply soon. OIH is volatile.
