Tue: Top Buys QQQQ SMH TXN RFMD Top Sells TLT

I believe, some semis, e.g. SMH TXN RFMD, have the potential to bounce big this week, which should also spur a QQQQ rally. Also, I believe, TLT will pullback soon and become more volatile.
