Wed: Top Buys RMBS CLS SYMC Top Sells OEX TLT

RMBS is down sharply in afterhours and may be a buy below 20. CLS is undervalued and may be a buy below 13 1/4. SYMC may rally on earnings this week. OEX Jan puts may be a buy at over 570. TLT may fall several points later this quarter (also, see recent top stock picks for pullbacks or bounces).
