Tue: Top Buys QQQQ FMDAY DROOY INCY CEGE Top Sells TLT OIH

I'm currently cautious on the market. However, there are still buying opportunities. QQQQ may be a buy near 38 (also SPX below 1,177). FMDAY DROOY and INCY have the potential to rally independently of the market. TLT and OIH may be sells, since bond yields are too low and oil closed above $48 a barrel.
