Fri: Top Buys SPX OEX QQQQ INTC NEM VICR PNAMF CDE Top Sells None

The major indices ETFs INTC and PNAMF are near strong support levels. NEM created a bullish doji today. VICR has the potential to rally big and fast. CDE is oversold and an excellent long-term buy (also, see recent top picks).
