May 22nd Trading Log (Updates):

Current Trades: Bought 10,000 TMF shares at 33.75 (delayed opening trade), sold the 400 TLT 85 calls at 4.25, and sold 10,000 TMF shares at 34.65 -------- TLT is down 3/4 point in premarket to 83 1/4. I expect a counter-trend rally this year, e.g. to at least 95, although TLT has been in a downtrend, since 2020! Also, volatility to make gains.

My portfolio is about $7,440,000 including $2,676,400 in cash.

Portfolio at $100,000 on March 1st, 2018. Portfolio stop loss suspended. Scaled up and adjusted portfolio. Both prior portfolios, since early 2000s, rose initially and substantially, and then failed quickly in “irrational” market “melt-ups," where stocks go straight up month after month.
