Wed: Top Buys INTC BMY PPH DROOY MXIM Top Sells SPX

End-of-the year window dressing may be keeping INTC low (since it has underperformed). BMY is relatively undervalued. PPH may be a buy on a pullback. DROOY may be an excellent long-term hold. MXIM is an undervalued semiconductor. SPX may hedge and become more volatile.
