I sold 1,000 shares of IMGN at $7,800 [7.80].

My portfolio is at $545,000 including about $485,000 in cash.

INCY 2,000
CTRX 1,000
FMDAY 10,000
DROOY 10,000

Short Shares

None

Portfolio at $500,000 on Oct 15th, 2003
