The results of the semiconductor book to bill ratio is uncertain, although orders may be higher. So, it may be best to hedge SMH and INTC calls with QQQQ puts. AMGN and FMDAY may rally over the next few weeks. FMDAY may be a buy at 0.82. There may be a little profit taking before the weekend. So, SPX and OEX puts may be buys. TLT is currently high, which reflects low bond yields.
