PeakTrader:
“A symbol of…‘feel-good’ policies.”
That’s not even an economic reason.
And, there’s a difference between a minimum wage and income inequality.
Moreover, it seems, some people also believe tax hikes or cuts aren’t effective too.
Furthermore, those people seem to believe, when there are no customers, just keep producing, till they show up.
And, they’re working with only half of a partial equilibrium model to explain hundreds of major forces pushing and pulling a large, diversified, and dynamic economy.

Perhaps, the American people are also in a state of confusion.
I stated before, supply-side economics has been effective in raising output and employment, and lowering prices and interest rates.
However, instead of correcting the shortcomings of successful economic policies, some people want to basically replace them with failing policies, while others are in complete denial of any problems.

Moreover, I may add, in the San Francisco area, people talk about wealthy people moving-in or becoming wealthy, driving-up rents, and the creation of an “hour-glass” income distribution.
However, what they don’t say is if the area, of millions of people, becomes full of rich people, why isn’t that good?
The “poor” can move to a poorer area, and perhaps someday, if they’re fortunate, that area will become rich too.
