Fri: Top Buys SMH DROOY HL NANX CIEN XOMA Top Sells QQQ OIH TLT

SMH is relatively undervalued compared to QQQ. DROOY is an undervalued small gold stock. HL and NANX are in bullish technical patterns. CIEN is also undervalued. OIH and TLT may be overbought. XOMA is a small cap biotech with the potential to rally huge. However, it's also risky. If the market continues to rally, then smaller cap stocks, e.g. CIEN and XOMA may rally by greater percentages to catch-up with larger cap stocks.
