The EBAY weekly chart shows RSI remains more oversold than ever. If EBAY bottomed last week, it may rise over 2 1/2 points above 27 next week (to just below 10-week MA), and rise to around 30 (congestion area) in a few weeks (also, see EBAY Blog in List Your Favorite Links category).
