Fri: Top Buys SMH MRK CEGE XOMA Top Sells OEX UPS UTH

SMH may be a buy on a pullback. MRK is undervalued. CEGE and XOMA have the potential to rally huge later this year. OEX (S&P 100) is short-term overbought. UPS is a way to play the overbought Transport Index and UTH to play the Utility Index.
