Nov 4th Stock Portfolio (fourth update):

I sold 1,000 shares of MRK at $28,210 [28.21], bought 1,000 shares of MRK at $27,250 [27.25], sold short 1,000 shares of SPY at $116,320 [116.32], and sold short 1,000 shares of UTH at $93,700 [93.70].

My portfolio is about $535,000 including about $195,000 in cash.

Long Shares

MRK 2,000
CEGE 6,000
XOMA 10,000
DROOY 10,000

Short Shares

SPY 1,000
UTH 1,000

Portfolio at $500,000 on Oct 15th, 2003
