Thu: Top Buys CEGE XOMA DROOY CHINA Top Sells QQQ GOOG TLT UTH

CEGE and XOMA are undervalued small biotechs. DROOY has been volatile recently. CHINA may bounce on earnings Thu. QQQ may fall sharply over the next week or two. GOOG may fall 50 points by mid-Nov. TLT moves opposite the market. UTH seems overextended.
