Tue: Top Buys DIA MRK CEGE RNKE CHINA Top Sells QQQ GOOG

DIA may bounce over one point on a decisive election, and QQQ may be an excellent hedge. The worst news may be priced into MRK. CEGE is a better quality undervalued biotech. RNKE has the potential to rally big. CHINA may be worth the risk before earnings Thu. GOOG may fall sharply before the lockout period expires (by mid-Nov).
