Thu: Top Buys DOW PTLC Top Sells SPX SPY OIH TLT

DOW pulled-back on higher oil prices. PTLC shares are diluted. However, it remains a relatively strong micro-cap. SPX may pullback around 10 points short-term. So, SPX Jan in-the-money or SPY longer-term puts are buys on market bounces. OIH is short-term overbought. Long-bond yields should rise with further money supply tightening. So, TLT is a short.
