Mon: Top Buys SMH INTC CY JNPR MRK AMGN Top Sells YHOO GOOG OIH

The semiconductors stocks are still beaten down. So, SMH INTC CY and AMCC may be buys. JNPR may be a buy before earnings. MRK is fundamentally undervalued (see interesting Message Board post in Other Stocks section). AMGN is volatile. YHOO and GOOG are fundamentally overvalued. Oil may not continue to stay high. So, OIH Nov or Jan puts may be a buy.
