Tue: Top Buys DIA PPH PFE NOK AU GFI PMU Top Sells OIH AHC OXY GOOG

The market is short-term oversold. So, DIA calls may be a buy. PPH and PFE are long-term buys. NOK is a takeover target (CSCO may also be a buy, since it's relatively undervalued). AU GFI and PMU are relatively undervalued gold stocks. Many oil stocks rallied sharply with oil closing at about $64 a barrel. OIH AHC and OXY may pullback on lower oil prices.
