Tue: Top Buys AMGN PPH RMBS Top Sells SPX OIH OXY AHC GOOG

AMGN created a bullish engulfing today. PPH and RMBS are long-term buys. SPX and OIH OXY or AHC may hedge each other, and gains may eventually be made on both (OXY is more overvalued than OIH, and AHC created a bearish engulfing today). GOOG may be near a top.
