May 17th Stock Portfolio (fourth update):

I sold 10,000 shares of SWC at $62,000 [6.20], bought 10,000 shares of SWC at $60,700 [6.07], sold 10,000 shares of SWC at $61,800 [6.18], and sold 10,000 shares of CDE at $28,500 [2.85].

My portfolio is about $600,000 including $285,000 in cash.

Long Shares

HL 30,000
SWC 10,000
CBJ 50,000
XOMA 10,000
SQNM 20,000
LJPC 10,000
EMRG 30,000

Short Shares

None

Portfolio at $500,000 on Oct 15th, 2003
